REFUND POLICY
At Mayu Kothari our priority concern is the satisfaction of our clients. We want you to get what you pay for and to that end we allow for no shortfalls or inconsistencies. Your product will be precisely what you see and read of at our website and any discrepancies in the same shall be remedied by us as swiftly as possible. We work closely to provide you with the most accurate information (including pictures/descriptions). The display and quality of every device is different, therefore, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be accurate.
Unfortunately, We do not provide any refunds. We care for you and are always here to hear out and resolve all your issues by providing the necessary solution. Kindly contact us via email on care@mayukothari.com

RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately, We do not accept any returns. However, if the product is eligible as per the criteria listed below, you can always request an exchange for a product of equal value or more by paying the difference. 

EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be happy and satisfied with your luxury purchase. If failing to do so, due to any condition you can get your product exchanged for another.  
We here at Mayu Kothari facilitate the entire process to make your experience as pleasant as possible. We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start the exchange, you can contact us at care@mayukothari.com. Please note that the exchange product will need to be sent to the following address: 11, 2nd Floor, Jamuna, Swami Nityanand Marg, Panvel - 410206

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any questions regarding exchanges at care@mayukothari.com. 
However there are certain criteria that need to be followed in order to facilitate the exchange. These are:

  • Request for exchange must be made within the exchange period designated i.e, within 7 days from delivery.
  • Product must not be damaged. Damage resulting due to improper shipping and handling will not be accepted here.
  • Product should be unused, unworn and undamaged in any way.
  • The brand packaging i.e. the package in which the product is delivered, must be intact and returned along with the product.
  • All tags and labels present on the product at the time of receipt must be in place.
  • Any price adjustment is expected to be accepted at your end with the shipping of the new requested product.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at care@mayukothari.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Any type of customization is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, you can send them for alteration services, if required.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We here at Mayu Kothari make the best endeavor, by bringing to you the luxury fashion directly at your doorstep, at the comfort of your home.
Once your order is placed, it is immediately put into process. So it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed on Mayu Kothari website. Our customers can sit back and relax since our product undergoes a proper quality assurance procedure before being dispatched. We make sure that our customers do not face any circumstances where in the order cancellation is required. However still, in case of an unfortunate circumstance like manufacturing error or more, you can refer to the aforementioned exchange policy and email us at care@mayukothari.com for more information.

SKETCHING

The process of drawing the right design comes naturally when one is totally indulged in creating. When the mind, body and soul align to create art, design comes out perfectly. Our new designs are a must have in your closet, one that feels comfortable and complete. 

RAW MATERIALS

The materials are chosen with utmost care, based on the feel, the message, the color of the fabric, the weight and of course aesthetics. Selection of the best combination of materials is a fun process and gives rise to the artistic expression of each one individually.

FABRIC SELECTION

Mayu always focuses on comfort; whether we are creating a highly designed piece or a minimalistic piece. At the end of the day, how one feels in their chosen apparel means how they express themselves. And for us, being fully oneself is a true sign of perfect fashion. Here, the little details of fabric are being discussed according to each design.
