Order Placement
How to place an order?
Start by choosing your items, add them to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout. An email and text message will be send to your email address and phone number to verify that you have purchased a product from label Mayu Kothari.
Is there a possibility that Out of stock items will be restocked?
If the product is marked out of stock, it is possible that it will be restocked again. Unavailable items will be removed from the website indefinitely.
Can I place an order for an item that is out of stock?
For a sold out item, select the size of your choice and send us a request under “Contact Us” with your details and we will get back to you once the product is available.

How to select the correct size?
The size chart available under each product will help guide you pick the right size for you.

Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Google Pay and UPI payments
Do you accept COD (cash or card on delivery)?
COD option is not available currently.
Shipping and delivery
What are your shipping charges?
We provide free shipping on all orders within India.
How do I track my order?
You will get a tracking link on your registered email and phone number once your order is shipped.
How long does it take to ship my order?
After the order is placed, we dispatch the order within 7-10 business days.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes.
Returns and exchanges
Will I get a refund if product is damaged?
Each and every piece that goes out of the Mayu Kothari office undergoes a thorough quality check process. In case of any damages, we request our clients to kindly send the damaged piece back to us. After inspection we will replace the same product.
Product doesn’t look the same as picture/didn’t like, can I return?
No, we strive hard to try and display the colors and design of the garment as accurate as possible. The display quality may differ from each electronic device. Take note that sight variations may occur.
Customization
Is customization possible?
Yes, limited customization is possible.

Do you charge extra for customization?
Charges may be applicable according to the customization.
Do you charge extra for Plus size?
No.

Do you have an offline store where I can visit?
Currently we are working from a back office. However, you can contact us at care@mayukothari.com for your customization requirements.
